Processing Time
Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Certain items may take up to 48–72 hours to ship depending on availability. For made-to-order products, please allow 7–9 days for dispatch, as these items are produced specifically to your request.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Online Payments: Enjoy free shipping on all orders when you choose an online payment method at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied to all COD orders.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. Delivery durations may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive an estimated delivery date when placing your order. Please note that delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
Order Tracking
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You can view your order details and check the current status by logging into your account at https://www.hydrocustoms.in/account.
Shipping Notification: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipping number along with a link to track your order in real time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Responsibility: Hydro Customs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be levied on your order. These charges are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination location.
Shipping Delays
Courier Delays: While we work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier partner. If required, we will assist you in raising a formal complaint with the courier service.
Post-Dispatch Order Changes & Cancellations
If a cancellation or modification request is made after the order has been dispatched, and the shipment needs to be recalled or returned to our facility, the customer will be responsible for:
- The shipping charges incurred for the return shipment, and
- The shipping charges for dispatching the revised or new shipment (if applicable).
These charges must be cleared before the order is re-dispatched.
Damages
Claims: If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim. Kindly retain all packaging materials and the damaged items for inspection.
